How did you make this website?
♥ Layouts and graphics are made in Paint Shop Pro. Kelly Fans is currently hosted at my personal space.

How long did it take you to create this website?
♥ It took me about a week stopping and starting because I didn't have time at the time of year because of Exams.

Where do you get all your information?
♥ I use google alot and people have donated lots of stuff especially Linny, Seb and the members at the Enchanting Starz forum.

Can I use your pictures in my website?
♥Not without my say so. It took me a very long time to gather together all of this pictures so I would appreciate it if you just email me and then maybe we can come to some kind of agreement.

Can I use your pictures to make wallpapers, icons etc?
♥ Yes, that is what they are there for. The only thing I do ask is if you use them on a forum or on your own site please credit the person who made them and don't make out that you made them yourself. If you have anything to donate however please email me and I will add your graphic(s) to the site.

Is this website official?
♥ No, it is a fanbase with lots of information, nothing else.
